OPT7 Pair of H7 HID LED Resistors for TIPM Dodge RAM JEEP CHRYSLER
ATTENTION customer seeking to upgrade 2007+ DODGE, RAM, CHRYSLER, and JEEP vehicles with OPT7 HID or Fluxbeam LED aftermarket bulbs
These vehicles are equipped with a TIPM (Totally Integrated Power Management) system which regulate's all of the vehicles' electronics, including the headlights.
For low wattage LED bulbs to work without flickering or causing damage to the TIPM, you will also need to install a pair of resistors
Thankfully, we have designed a Plug'N'Play TIPM resistor specifically for OPT7 HID and Fluxbeam LED. No Splicing Needed
These resistors fit with H7 aftermarket bulbs
If your vehicle is mentioned above, order a pair of TIPM Resistors for a safe, simple, and successful aftermarket headlight upgrade!
- Required for successful installation of H7 LED or HID aftermarket bulbs into TIPM equipped vehicles (2007 or newer Dodge, RAM, JEEP, or Chrysler)
- TIPM systems read a power inbalance with aftermarket HID and LED bulbs causing flickering, bulb failure, and even TIPM failure.
- OPT7 50w resistors correct the TIPM inbalance and eliminate HID and LED bulb flickering
- Plugs directly in-line with OPT7 H7 HID or Fluxbeam H7 LED bulbs. No Wire Cutting or Splicing
- Resistors get VERY HOT. Must be mounted away from engine plastic or wiring
