Materials are what really determine weights and durability of products. With the Dominion 2p tent you getting top notch fabrics. Polyester none stretch fabric, with added rip-stop for durability, creates an ultralight and ultra-strong exterior for the shell and floor of the tent. Rather than using heavy and thick coats of Polyurethane (PU) to make the tent waterproof, we used a much lighter more durable silicon waterproofing on the exterior of the tent, then added a very light PU coating to the inside of the tent to avoid ensure the ultimate seal! The poles are made of a strong, thick 8.5mm aluminum, which shaves weight over fiberglass poles, while adding durability and longevity. Every inch of the Outdoor Vitals Dominion has been crafted with premium quality fabrics and materials!
