Product Use & Care - Remove insulation tape from side of battery to activate
- Remove cover from probe tip
- Clean probe with damp cloth before use
- Press ON button to turn on
- Press and hold ON button for 2 seconds to switch between ºF and ºC
- Insert thermometer into food for 5-10 seconds to read temperature
- Remove thermometer from food before continuing cooking
- Do not touch hot probe after reading and allow to cool before handling
- Do not leave in oven, grill, microwave, or smoker
- Do not put in dishwasher
- Do not submerge in liquid
