1, 5 Modes Flashlights, High mode is more than 5000 Lumen, Middle or Low Modes is less than 5000 Lumen

XM-L T6 5 Modes Flashlights is Zoomable, there are 5 Modes, you can check our Product Description, the Mode Arrangement: High / Middle / Low / Strobe / SOS. Each Mode the brightness is different: the High mode is more than 5000 Lumen, because the brightness is very high, so the power consumption a lot. So usually we suggest the customer choose mode Middle or Low is applicable, and the Middle or Low mode is less than 5000 Lumen.

2, The power of our battery is insufficient

The flashlight we shipping from China, usually we shipping by aircraft, so the power of our battery is insufficient, the reason is to keep safe on the aircraft. When you received the battery, we suggest you charge the battery first, thank you very much.

3, Damaged in long time transport from China to United States

We have check our item before we send the package to the customer, but there are still some item damage because of long time transport from China to United States. So if you find the item is damage or do not work very well, please contact with us, we can resend you a new one or give you a refund.
