(1) Insert Stretcher In Shoe.
(2)Length Stretch:turn the "Wheel-Shaped" handle in clockwise direction until you begin to see surface pressure showing on shoe.
(3)Width Stretch:turn the "L-Shaped"metal crank handle in clockwise direction until you begin to see surface pressure showing on shoe.
(4)Wait For The Best Results:leave shoe stretcher in place for at least 24 hours.
(5)Remove Stretcher From Your Shoe:turn handles in counterclockwise direction.
