- Scoop in 14-16 tablespoons of your favorite medium roast, coarsely ground coffee into mesh filter and attach to pitcher lid
- Fill pitcher with cold water and place filter (attached to lid) inside pitcher, then seal tightly
- Place in refrigerator for 24 - 36 hours
- Once brewed, remove filter and enjoy coffee concentrate for up to two weeks
- Pro tip: Cold brew coffee concentrate is highly caffeinated, so pour a little less than usual or add water or ice to dilute
