The hinged lid flips back to reveal a gray band that can hold recipes, labels, measuring instructions, scoops, and other necessities. The silicone seal keeps rice, beans, quinoa, oatmeal and other grains fresher, longer. The wide mouth opening accommodates for easy use with the included scoop. This 2.5-quart Grain Prokeeper measures 5.35"L x 7.28"H x 7.63"W and is dishwasher safe.
