ABOUT AGON POSTURE EXERCISE
People are prone to get hurt because of their daily activities and routine. Shoulder/Posture injuries can be very painful and would lead to a ban of daily activities till some time. Agon Posture exercise includes an exercise protocol with each device that slowly allows you to build strength in those muscles which not only helps you stand up straighter but also makes the muscles better able to withstand everyday stress and the resulting aches and pains.
Agon posture exercise is two cushioned arm loops connected by a tough elastic band. The elastic band is the resistance against which the middle back muscles are worked. The arm loops are adjustable to fit a shoulder circumference of 39"-59". It is easily portable and very effective when directions are followed.
TIP: Sit or stand tall then squeeze your shoulder blades together and DOWN with intensity. Those are your shoulder girdle muscles responsible for keeping your shoulders back and in alignment. Now imagine if you had some resistance added to that movement.
