Some customers say it freezes. Freeze and flash result in HDMI cable or HDMI port. When meeting this problem, please change another cable to check if HDMI cable is broken or not. Second, please check if the HDMI cable pluged tightly. If it still doesn't work, please contact us by asking a question.
Some say that the tv box cannot connect wifi. One reason is that many people connect the smae wifi which leads to such problem. Please restart your router then.
