Art Crossley started making our perfectly smoked meats at his family butcher shop in Bay City and soon moved into our current location in the early 70's. Still making Smoked Hams and Bacon, Tillamook Country Smoker soon added our 35ct Jerky in a glass jar as well as our Meat Sticks. As word spread so did the Tillamook Country Smoker distribution. We now enjoy nationwide sales and are growing more each day.
