Note - Helpful suggestions in using:
Please don't use it right away after full charger and use it after cold enough ( around 5-10 minutes after charger and charging it around 5-10 minutes later after working).

Troubleshooting steps for your reference:

1. When the green light flashing, it means load power of battery is very low and even closed to 0. If the battery is in full charger, you can use MAX button or recheck whether the vacuum cleaner is working normally.

2. When the yellow light flashing, it means battery is in a high temperature. Battery has a temperature protected system, when it hot enough it will stop working until cold enough.
Suggestions: Please don't use it right away after full charger and use it after cold enough ( around 5-10 minutes after charger). It's helpful to maintain battery PCBA board. Please don't use it near a high temperature surroundings.

3. When the red light flashing:
â‘ . Please check whether vacuum cleaner was blocked by something. In this condition, battery will stop discharging to avoid battery damaged under a larger current.
â‘¡. Please check whether battery is loading in a low power situation, it can stop working automatically under a low voltage.
