The tubular insert applies focused, mild pressure on the tendon below the kneecap. Recommended for patellar tendonitis, chondromalacia (irritated kneecap), and Osgood-Schlatter's Disease. Instructions for use: sit or stand with leg straight, thigh relaxed. Place tubular section of strap just below kneecap. Fasten behind knee for snug fit. Care: hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.
