Front brake pads for many Honda motorcycles from the 70''s. These pads come with the plastic ring just like the stock pads have, it is used between the piston and the pad to prevent brake squealing. Make sure to use high temp brake grease between the piston and the pad, but do not let any grease or other contaminates come in contact with the pad itself.
