Tips:
a. This boot runs small, please order a half to a whole size larger than normal.
b. We suggest that customers wear the boot bare foot. If you get used to wear thick sock with them, please go up two sizes.
c. The boot comes directly from the factory. Thus some fur may be left over from the manufacturing process. You can clear the inside with your hands.
d. Due to thick fur lining, some people may find it difficult to get on the boot. If it happens, you can put a plastic bag over your feet to help you slide in the boot. A pair of silk socks also does the trick.

FOR EXAMPLE: if your heel to toe length is 24cm, you would normally choose 7.5 US size. But the boot RUNS SMAll, so you can GO UP to an 8.5 for a snug fit, or a 9.5 for the more roomy space to wear the heavy sock.
