This hose sleeve kit is designed to fit Festool 27mm dust extractor hose. One benefit of the hose sleeve is that it protects your work piece from damage as the hose is pulled over it. It also allows you hose to slide over objects with ease. If you so choose, you can install the Plug-It cord inside the hose sleeve so that you have one easy to manage unit when using you tools. Sleeve will need to be trimmed to length after it is installed on the hose. The amount of sleeve that you have to trim off will be partially effected by whether or not you install the Plug-It cord inside the sleeve.
