Hog ring pliers for tight closure of hog rings up to 1/2" USA MADE;

For sale is a pair of USA MADE hog ring pliers for extra-tight closure of 3/8" to 1/2" hog rings. This tool will work with heavy 12.5 gauge rings up to 1 1/16" OD, but performance will vary. The pips in the tool jaws ("Coins") are shallower than normal which allow for a tighter squeeze. This also increases the width of the nose of the tool, so they will not help you get into tight spaces like the standard and economy sets we sell will. These pliers are of exceptional quality and will last for generations. An internal spring holds the hog ring in place, so you can set them down while positioning the work piece, without dropping the ring. Galvanized steel with PVC coated handles. Not intended for use with hog rings larger than 1/2". These pliers will close a 3/8" hog ring down to under 3/16" ID in one squeeze. (Tighter with multiple squeezes.) Thanks for looking!
