STOP HEEL GRIPS:
Make sure the heel area of your shoes is free of dirt and oil.
The adhesive backing is very strong. Therefore, before you attach Stop to your shoe we suggest you test for correct placement in your particular shoe or boot.
To test for correct placement, use a loop of scotch tape or remove only a very small section of Stop's adhesive backing.
Place Stop in the heel of your shoe and see if it is exactly where you need it to be.
Shoes fit differently, so repeat these steps for your other shoe.
Walk around and try different positions on the heel. Once you are satisfied that the grips is are where they will do the most good, use a pencil or pen and mark the location with a few dots at several points on Stop's sides, top, and bottom.
Peel off the adhesive backing and place Stop within your outline.
If your shoes are tight, or if you rub the heel area taking them on and off, please use a shoehorn to keep the adhesive seal intact.
