- Protective cases thicker than 5mm will not work with charging pad. Phone or protective case equips with metal piece on the back will block the wireless charging.
- Do not use metal cases with this pad. Keep it away from sunlight.
- Use a certified wall charger & cable. For fast charging mode, you MUST use a fast charging AC adapter with QC 2.0 or above.
- If the charging pad is flashing blue, please look through the general FAQ or contact customer service for additional help.
