Notwithstanding her terrible personal judgment, extreme greed, and daily flip-flopping, here are Shillary's actual crimes:
Espionage - In an email to one of her underlings, she wrote, "I want that document that says 'secret' on it. White-out the word 'secret' and fax it to me from your home fax to my home fax." That is a clear violation of espionage laws.
Corruption - Her Foundation continues to accept millions of dollars in bribes from Saudi Arabia and other dictators while she herself gives private speeches to Wall Street for $250,000 per hour.
Murderer - The Benghazi embassy begged for more security and she repeatedly ignored their pleas resulting in the deaths of four Americans. She's not called the Butcher of Benghazi for nothing.
Spoliation - She knowingly deleted secured e-mails to remove the traces of her misdeeds. This is a Federal felony.
Freedom of Information Act violation - She operated an unsecured email server to claim that her emails were "personal" to avoid FOIA requests. Hundreds of emails have been found that were clearly official business.
