When you receive the light ,

First you can just open the on/off switch on the bottom of the light. Usually the battery will have some power. If the light will on ,this product is ok.

If some light won't light up, please contact the solar panel to charge ,or if you have adapter，you could use it change to High voltage charging. Then open the on/off switch to see whether the light will on or not.
