Compact and easy to use
Weighing 70 grams and under 6" long, this indispensable kitchen gadget fits discreetly in a pocket or kitchen drawer. Its operation is the simplest on the market. For an infrared reading, point the front of the meter toward the surface to be measured and then press the IR button. The read-out appears in the top half of the display. To measure internal temperature, insert the probe into the food or liquid and press the TC button. Internal temperature will appear in the bottom half of the display. Switching from Celsius to Fahrenheit is as easy as pressing the SET button under measuring mode.
