Drainage is fast through holes throughout the silicone sides and the stainless steel bottom. The two stainless steel handles have silicone inserts for comfort. Holds 3 quarts when fully open.
This colander is 11.5 inches wide, including the handles, 9.5 inches in diameter, 4.5 inches in height when fully opened and 1 inch when folded flat.
