NB - you can only plug one probe in at a time. What we recommend if wanting to use all 3 probes at the same time is to have it plugged into the smallest bit of meat (the one that cooks the fastest) and randomly plug each probe in to the unit to keep an eye on each joint. Then you can have all 3 probes in the different joints of meat & you won't have to keep opening your smoker or oven & lose all that good smoke or heat. Probes are not waterproof, please do not submerge them in water or the cable in water, simply wipe with a cloth to clean
