- Roast Level Medium - Dark Roast
- Flavor Qualities Well balanced, smooth, & interesting. We blended a beautiful light roast with a thick syrupy dark roast to create this unique blend.
- Bean Origin South America & Indonesia
- Stand Up Pouch Packaging 3-Layer Natural Kraft + Foil large bag. Includes a one-way de-gassing valve to maintain freshness & aroma.
- Size 5 Pound Bag of Beans (fun fact: this gives you approx 325 cups of brewed coffee)
- SMOOTH & BALANCED MED-DARK ROAST: Our Brooklyn Signature blend has been energizing New Yorkers for years! This delicious & well-balanced blend contains 100% Arabica beans. We combine a beautiful light roast with a thick syrupy darker roast. Contradicting yet harmonious in taste, much like our beautiful Brooklyn borough.
- TASTING NOTES: Using whole beans from South America & Indonesia, this blend is sweet & smoky with great body & nice bright acidity. Very well balanced and enjoyable as an everyday cup.

- FRESH SPECIALTY MICRO-ROASTED COFFEE: We are dedicated to the fine art of handcrafted coffees. We only roast in small batches using state-of-the-art equipment so that we are able to expertly develop the flavor profile & unique characteristics of each coffee bean.
- DIRECT SOURCING RELATIONSHIPS: We source & buy only the best specialty grade beans. Our standards are high and we have a dedicated team of coffee cupping experts. We strive for coffee perfection in every hand-crafted artisan roast.
