Note: The cotton tinder will ignite quickly with a hot flame. Please be careful when using.
Instruction
1. Scrape the fire starter rod with the scraper to clean off a strip of the black protective coating.
2. Prepare the cotton tinder and pull the fibers apart next to the magnesium rod.
3. Put the rod in the center of the cotton, scrape it hard and fast down to create sparks landed on the tinder. For best results, hold the scraper at a 45 degree angle.
Note: The magnesium stick is covered in protective coating. Wipe it off before use.
