DIRECTIONS:
Locate two sturdy living trees 10' - 12' apart with diameters of at least 12".
Verify that there are no overhead hazards.
Make a loop knot and wrap around tree.
Slide untied end through loop and pull tight against tree (approximately head high, for safety purposes make sure lowest point of the hammock is no more than 18" off the ground when your weight is applied).
Tie another loop knot and connect loop to hammock with carabiner.
