- Red in 1/4"wide, 2 - 15 lbs. tension - great for light biceps, triceps, and shoulder enhancement
- Green in 1/2", 5 - 35 lbs. tension - light to medium resistance which is also perfect for rehabilitation
- Blue in ¾" wide, 10 - 50 lbs. tension - for medium to heavy resistance reps;
- Orange in 1 1/8" wide, 25 - 80 lbs. tension - light weight to strong upper body resistance and pull ups
- Purple in 1 ¾" wide, 50-125 lbs. tension - multipurpose, mostly for back and leg exercises and pull ups
- Black in 2 ½" wide, 60-175 lbs. tension - heavy resistance for back and leg movements and pull ups
Why pull-up bands?
· These stretch bands are thick, sturdy, and extremely elastic.
