This product is safe to use in virtually any type of tub - whether a traditional bathtub or an adapter-type sitz tub. Use 1-2 times daily to help relieve discomfort naturally.
How To Create A Sitz Soak Using A "Sitz Bath" Adapter: If you're using an over-the-toilet Sitz Bath adapter, start with a small amount of our Sitz Soak epsom salt blend - about 1 ounce per gallon of comfortably warm water. Allow the sitz soak mixture to dissolve completely and enjoy the aromatherapy of the essential oils. Soak for 10 to 15 minutes depending on your personal needs and personal preference. Increase or decrease the water as needed to suit your personal preference. Repeat daily as needed.
