The Audio Scope SB-C2 stereo microphone upgrades the sound of built-in mics on consumer digital cameras, providing features typically found only on far more expensive models.
Condenser microphone elements arranged in an X/Y pattern create a true stereo field to capture the realistic sound you’re looking for. The Audio Scope SB-C2 also has a low-cut option to reduce wind noise and rumble, an attenuation switch for loud environments, and Radio Frequency Interference shielding to reduce garbling from mobile phone signals. The output cable uses a 3.5mm TRS mini-stereo connector, and a visible low-power warning lets you know when you need to replace the microphone’s AA battery.
Lightweight at 5 ounces, Audio Scope SB-C2 mounts easily to a standard DSLR camera hot shoe and comes with a windscreen and screw adapter for additional utility.
