TROUBLESHOOTING:
To reset the earbuds back to Right and Left follow the procedure below.
1. Place the earbuds back into the charging case. Make sure that the earbud marked “L” is in the upper pocket marked on the charging case with an “L” and the earbud marked with “R” is in the bottom pocket marked with and “R”.
2. The earbuds must be fully seated into the charging case. If when rotating the case closed either but contacts the case they are not fully seated.
3. If not already charged, plug the charging cable into the case and allow the buds to charge for at least 30 minutes.
4. Press the Talk Buttons on both earbuds at the same time and hold them for 8-10 seconds.
5. After releasing both buttons the left earbud will flash green and the right earbud will flash blue. They will flash 18-22 times and then stop flashing but still be illuminated for about 3 seconds.
6. DO NOT remove the buds until the LED’s on both earbuds turn off.
7. The procedure starting with step 4 may need to be repeated if the earbuds do not flash after releasing the buttons.
8. The earbuds are now reset to Left and Right.
