AQUACREST F-2000 water filter is interchangeable with InSinkErator F-2000&F2000s, F-1000&F-1000s Filtration System.
Does this product filter hot water?
Not necessarily. Water passes through the filter first before entering the instant hot water tank for heating. Hot water will never enter the filter, which explains why the working temperature of the filter is 33°F to 100°F. See the illustration for the water flow path from the product image.

Normal TDS value
TDS stands for total dissolved solids. It is composed of inorganic salts and a small amount of organic matter. Our filter cannot lower the TDS value because it uses natural coconut activated carbon that can filter out harmful substances while keeping beneficial calcium and magnesium, which are the main components of inorganic salts.
