The kit includes everything you need: a new CO2 cylinder/bayonet assembly specific for the M. I. T 100 PFD, a new bobbin, and instructions. You do need to read the instructions to ensure your safety on the water, at the very least. Follow the directions and you should be in business. Worried about your ability to stay within the lines' Pick up an extra kit so you can test your skills by inflating the M. I. T. 100 in your living room--no, you should not be wearing it when you test it out.
