Yes, Cummins has a plant in China and hasn't used "Carter" pumps, for years now. Our modified Genuine Cummins High Volume Lift/Transfer Pump for suppling enough fuel to make well over 500hp+ for your 1994-98 Dodge Cummins 12v or 4bt Cummins with a P7100 Injection pump. We have made up to 700hp on this pump. The old out dated std stock # 393916 OEM lift-pump design and allows fuel pressure drops off dramatically under load. Our modified Genuine Cummins lift/transfer pump is a high flow-high pressure pump and has a much stiffer safe internal spring to produce more flow and pressure. On our performance engines, it doesn't drop under 25psi. This provides more fuel volume that will support larger injectors and inj pump mods past well past 500hp. All while better maintaining feed pressure to your P7100 injection pump, thus keeping your static timing from retarding, due to low fuel pressure/flow. Comes with one (1) modified lift pump
