2.As they are low-voltage string lights, powered by one built-in AA battery, so it can not be as bright as plug-in lights, if you are looking for super bright lights, just pass this one. But if you are looking for "set up and forget it" lights, these are your best solution.
3.The total lengths are 21ft, including 6.56ft lead wire without any lights on it. The balls diameter is about 1 inch.All the balls themselves are clear, it is the lights make them have color, so don't be surprise when you receive clear balls but you order warm white.
