The Professional Fine Foam Frother employs a two chamber system to create silkier foam that lasts longer in the cup. In the first stage, milk is siphoned into the chamber and frothed according to the dial setting. Steamed for lattes is available as well. In the second stage, the milk is heated according to your setting, and any bubbles that form will burst, compacting the foam into a fine texture.
