Brief Description:

Our Knife Sharpener is a '2 Stage' sharpener. There are two 'V' shaped grooves inside the knife sharpening slots, one marked Coarse and the other marked Fine. The Coarse side is the Carbide side that actually sharpens the knife. The Fine side has a Ceramic edge that finishes and smoothes the edge.
It has a comfortable handle to hold onto so it's not sliding all over, and your hand is safely away from the knife blade. It has a non-slip cushion on the bottom which actually helps to grip it to your counter.
Just use it to finish sharpening all the knives around your house.

Some advices:

1.Don't use this to sharpen scissors or any serrated blades. This is because serrated blades in general should not be sharpened as they are already as sharp as possible, any attempts at sharpening serrated blades will compromise their integrity, ruin their pattern, and destroy the blade.

2.Use medium pressure to avoid damaging this knife. This is because too much pressure with an uneven stroke could compromise the steel and cause gouges in the blade that would eventually destroy the blade.

3.Don't wash this knife sharpener in the dishwasher or submerge in water. This is most likely because of the ceramic that can't be washed like steel. Lastly, keep the knife sharpener out of reach of children. The steel sharpening blades could hurt someone if they got their fingers in there.
