The EZ-AC is best used with standard or double-hung windows of any material. Some applications may require foam insulation panels. Some Air-conditioning units do not have flat bottoms. The EZ-AC will work with these units. However, it may angle the air-conditioner, creating a small gap between the unit and the EZ-AC. This gap can be easily filled with the white foam insulation strip, included. The gaps will not affect the safety or functionality of the EZ-AC.
