Best Maps Ever National Park Service Centennial Map 24x36 Poster (Tan & Slate Blue);

This special edition of our National Park System map commemorates the 100 year anniversary of the National Park Service. In addition to the 413 official units of the National Park System (the total in 2016), this map also features 25 Affiliated Areas that receive support from the National Park Service. These areas are noted on the map with italicized text and slightly lighter coloring. Each unit has an icon where a pin could be placed, in addition to the entire park area being tinted on the map. Trails, rivers, seashores and parkways managed by the National Park Service are also outlined for their entire distance. Insets along the right side magnify Boston, New York City and Washington DC- which have the highest concentrations of NPS properties.
