1. This cable is Target Display Mode.
2.Connect Macbook to iMac ONLY compatible with iMac (2009-2010) in 27-inch Version
3. To connect macbook or MAC Mini to DELL monitor which has a mini displayport input
4. To connect any notebook that has a mini displayport port to Dell's mini displayport monitor
