I'm from Wales, the greatest kingdom of the United Kingdom. My name is a combination of the Welsh word for fortress, "caer" and the Welsh word for fair and white, "wyn." Corgis have a "wyn" stripe starting at their nose, which runs down the top of their head. It's called a blaze. I'm quite a genealogist and having researched my stock, I can tell you that no one knows where corgis come from! According to Welsh folklore, the corgi is the preferred mount of tiny, woodland fairy warriors!
