Please follow our steps if you have following problems:
1.The splitter cable connects the two devices which only one device is on and the other off. No signal, not working.
--Disconnect the un-function device, Re-open the working device signal. The signal will recover.
2.The splitter cable connects two devices and both of the devices power on. No image shows up.
--Try to connect each device individualy like situation 1 and checked for the signal.

3.Is the extension wire workable with splitter cable?
--We will not recommend as signal will decrease due to longer length of cable.
