You are in the Ascension process, to release everything about the third dimension, and most especially that lower emotional density that keeps you bound to the consciousness of the third dimension—akin to walking blindfolded and expecting to see—as if that were the only reality possible.
You are choosing a new reality. Do not listen to anyone—particularly, the voice of your ego or lower aspect—when they mutter defensively and assume the worst of someone in your life, whether they are from your past or have just walked into the room.
Bless both situation and ego. Release those automatic reactions, being glad for all you have learned in this journey. Do not pay a former abuser or captor the eternal compliment of having wounded you indefinitely; that serves no one but your wounded egoic aspect.
