- MEASURE FOR THE BEST FIT! With your knee slightly bent, use the center of the kneecap as your starting point, measure your thigh circumference 14 cm or 5 1/2 inches above the kneecap (Point A). Measure your calf circumference 12 cm or 4 3/4 inches below the kneecap (Point B). Refer to the sizing chart in the product images for your size. If your measurements are split between two sizes, choose the size that best fits the thigh.
