The orange and blue led light on and off indicate powered on.
The blue led light on always indicates slow charge.

USB power source: We recommend to use 2A USB charge cable or Quick Charge 2.0 Wall Charger as input source to make sure the Qi Wireless Fast Charger works well in Fast Charge Model.
Use Instruction
Connect the fast charger and the wall charger with the Micro USB.
