★ With your new pillow please remember the following: 1) Open it and allow it to start to take shape. 2) After a minimum of 3-12 hours please take your hands and separate the memory foam as it will be clumped up from the pillow being rolled. 3) If after breaking up the lumps and bumps it still looks like it needs more fluffing up please throw it in the dryer for 15-20 minutes. 4) You may experience a "Fresh Foam" odor which is not harmful. The odor should dissipate within 72 hours from when the foam is unpacked and aired out. In some rare cases it may take up to 1 - 2 weeks. To assist with the odor we recommend spraying the pillow lightly with Febreze or a few drops of your favorite essential oil.
