First 2 inches on both ends of the tape should never be stretched. Do not over stretch the tape. Excessive stretch of the tape may divert the fascia and lymphatic fluids too fast & could result in redness or itchiness. Over stretching of the tape may also cause the tape to fray prematurely. Taping over joints should always be applied and stretched over a bent joint in order to avoid over stretching of the tape during exercise. Never apply the tape over broken, peeled, bruised, sunburned or damaged skin. Use precaution on sensitive skin and test a small piece for 24 hours. Avoid using the tape if rush or irritations occurs.
