This replacement thermal spa cover measures 84 x 84 inches with 6 inch radius corners and includes a 4 inch skirt and 7 inch straps. Cover has a 4 inch to 2 inch taper. Cover is made using specially manufactured commercial grade vinyl that is designed just for spa covers. It features commercial quality, double stitching for added strength, a double reinforced standard folding hinge, and commercial quality aluminum c-channels for structural support. Inhibitors in both the vinyl and thread prevent premature aging. Insulation is comprised of energy efficient 1 pound foam density polystyrene inserts. Each insert is heat-sealed with a poly vapor moisture barrier to protect your spa cover against water absorption and has an R-value exceeding 15. A breathable underside material allows water to dissipate and is chlorine and bromine resistant. Inserts are enclosed with a marine-grade, extruded PVC resin zipper and 2 polystyrene steam-stoppers are sewn in at each end of the fold to keep heat in. The perimeter of the cover has 4 safety-rated, child-proof, locking tie-downs and 2 matching handles with "X" box stitching for enhanced strength and long-lasting durability.
