OPERATING INTRODUCTIONS:
♥Wash and use cloth clean the probe for the first time
♥Press switch on
♥Insert the probe into any food product or what you want to know what the temperature is
♥Press ºC/°F key if you want to use ºC/°F conversion function
♥Press Hold key to maintain the temperature at HOLD state, then a measurement of the recovery temperature to detect when running HOLD function, LCD display HOLD meet
♥Press MAX/MIN key to view the maximum/Minimum temperature
♥Press switch off
♥Wipe probe and put it back to the box
