Beautiful! is alto saxophonist Charles McPherson's tenth album as a leader, and the first dedicated entirely to popular songs. Featuring Duke Jordan on piano, Sam Jones on bass, and Leroy Williams on
drums, this 1975 session is classic, straight -ahead bebop at its finest.
