Use with Deco Foil Transfer Sheets (sold separately) to quickly and easily add a foil finish to your project. Simply use scissors, punches, dies or an electronic cutting machine to cut any shape. Layer with Deco Foil Transfer Sheets (sold separately) and run through a hot laminator. Apply adhesive, such as a Zot or mounting square (not included), and place on your project. Deco Foil Toner Sheets do not have an adhesive backing; anytime you want to create a dimensional effect, use Deco Foil Toner Sheets. If you want your design to lay completely flat, try Deco Foil PeelnStick Toner Sheets that have an adhesive backing.
